Preceded in death by his parents, David E. and Frances (nee Watkins) Kuykendall. Died Friday, October 2, 2009 at the age of 52. Friends received 6-7 PM Thursday, October 15, 2009 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio.
