GARMAN, Joyce, passed away Sunday February 19th, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Dean Garman, loving mother of Greg Garman (Cynthia) and affectionate grandmother of Piper and Zoie Garman. Caring sister of Paul Bishop (Ressie), Wanda Minner (Clarence), Lucille Cristy (the late Bernie), the late William Bishop and the late Herbert Bishop. 11AM Memorial service Saturday February 25th with Visitation from 10AM till time of service at Mt.
