Adrienne J. Bente

Adrienne J. (nee' Schwartz) Bente, age 91. Mrs. Bente was a retired Anderson High School Business teacher. She was an active volunteer in numerous organizations, and a good friend to all who were lucky enough to cross her path. Devoted wife of 70 years to the late Martin H. Bente, she was also an amazing mother to Robin Bente Murphy (Jim Gebhardt) and David, grandmother to Lindsey, and great-grandmother to Joshua Pearcy. Adrienne was one of those rare people who lived to help others. Never an unkind word for anyone. She was always doing what she could to brighten someone else's day. Wife, mother, best friend - she will be missed in all capacities. In lieu of flowers family suggests memorial contributions be directed to St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 100 Miami Ave., Terrace Park, OH 45174 or to St Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
