Beloved husband of Lois Jean (nee Carter) Grimmet of Loveland, OH; loving father of Larry Bruce (Lesia) Grimmet Sr. of Madison, IN and Raven Alexis (Terry "Gus") Woods of Newtonsville, OH; caring grandfather of Annette Faye (Jason) Peterson of Plainfield, IN, Terah Lee Woods of Newtonsville, OH, Kharon Denise Grimmet of Clermont, IN, Jarrod Alex (Dina) Woods of Wayne Twp., OH and Larry Bruce (Liza) Grimmet Jr. of Madison, IN; devoted great-grandfather of Alexa, Isaiah, Faith Ann, Zeke, Carter Alec, Sawyer Abraham and Joy. Preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Edna Mae (nee Boyd) Grimmet, a sister, Faye Justice and a brother, Eugene Grimmet. Died Monday, March 1, 2010 at the age of 81. Mr. Grimmet was the minister of Church of Christ over 65 years and a retired teacher from the public school system. Funeral service will be held 12 Noon Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Lerado Church of Christ, 5852 Marathon-Edenton Road, Williamsburg, OH 45176 where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service.
