ALFONSO HURTADO JR. Our beloved and cherished son, brother and uncle. Alfonso (Fonz) Hurtado, 26, a 19 year resident of Las Vegas passed away Sunday 15 July 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio where he has lived for the past few months. Born in Cincinnati, OH 20 June 1986 he moved to Las Vegas at age 2 where he lived most of his life, with a five year period in Ohio. He is survived by his mother, Marybeth (David) Boone of Cincinnati, OH, his father, Alfonso Hurtado Sr. of Las Vegas, his sisters, Alicia (Lonnie, Hayden, Landyn) Parsons of Trona, CA, Danyelle (Mark III) Smith of Cincinnati, OH, Kaitlyn Hurtado of Las Vegas, his grandfather Alfred Hurtado of Las Vegas, his grandmothers Gertrude Stuntebeck of Cincinnati, OH, and Shirley Walker of Las Vegas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends throughout the U.S. The funeral service for Alfonso will be held 27 July 2012 at the Craver-Riggs Funeral Home & Crematory, 529 Main Street, Milford OH 45150. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, Service at 12:00 noon with interment to follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens. There will also be a celebration of life following the funeral service at Lake Isabella Riverside lodge in Loveland OH. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Alfonso�s name at any US Bank location to help with funeral costs. For anyone who has experienced difficulty with US Bank in making donations, all the problems have been resolved as of 5:00pm, Monday, July 30,2012. Thank you.
