Andrew 'Andy' D. Crooks

CROOKS, Andrew D. �Andy�, 69 of Madison Place, dear husband of Wanda Crooks (nee; Smith), loving father of Andrea Heile (Scott) and Jerry Crooks (Holly) and affectionate grandfather of Elizabeth, Andy, Patrick and Sierra. Mr. Crooks passed away Saturday October 3rd, 2009. He was a USMC veteran and loved music and animals, especially his beloved Tommy Girl. Andy was an accomplished guitar player who enjoyed playing bluegrass music. A memorial gathering of family and friends will be Friday October 16th from 6 till 8PM at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home & Crematory, Milford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Andy�s name at any US Bank location for the benefit of ROCK (Rescue of Cats and Kittens) animal shelter.
