Mrs. Lewis passed away Friday, January 16, 2015 at the age of 53. She was preceded in death by her father, Matthew Cooper; two sisters, Judith Murrell and Janice Moore; and a brother, Matthew Cooper.

Funeral service 1 PM Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH, where friends received from 11 AM until the time of service. Burial Buford Cemetery, Clay Township, OH.
