Arnold F Meece

Arnold F. Meece of New Hope, OH passed away at the age of 80 on April 3, 2017. He was born March 22, 1937 to the late Lonnie and Bertha Meece. He was a caring husband to the late Beverly Meece; a wonderful father to Tonya Renee (Shawn Wisby) Meece of New Hope, OH; an adoring grandfather to Daryl Ray Schweitzer of Cincinnati, OH, and Cole Wisby of New Hope, OH; loving bother to Evelyn Slavey - Somerset, KY, Bredena Brinson- Hamilton, OH, Vestal Meece - Somerset, KY, Joseph Meece - Crystal River, FL, Doris Ann Brinson - Somerset, KY; a special friend and companion Sandy Ness of Georgetown, OH; also survived by a host of additional family and friends; In addition to his parents Arnold was preceded in death by two siblings Ruby Mounce, and Wesley Meece. He was a Retired Meat Manager at IGA Owensville, served in US Army, attended Mt. Orab United Methodist Church, was a member of Georgetown McDonalds Breakfast Club, and had a love of Gardening. He will be deeply missed by all who new him. Services will be held Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Megie Funeral Home; 104 Spice St, Mt. Orab, OH, friends my call starting at 5:00 pm until time of Service. Graveside services will be held 11AM Friday, April 7, 2017 at Riverside Cemetery located at 409 Ridgeway Ave, Falmouth, KY 41040.
