Audrey Vernon

Audrey Vernon, age 89, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2013. She was the devoted and cherished wife of the late Jack Vernon, loving mother of Diana (Howard) Korb and Debra (Phil) Hying, proud grandmother of Jason and Devon Korb, Joe and Kate Hying, and great grandmother of Bryce Korb. Audrey was always interested in medicine, was a Red Cross volunteer at the old Oak St. Bethesda Hospital, and earned her LPN degree at age 56. The family would like to extend their deep appreciation to the staff of Twin Lakes, Montgomery, for the kindness, caring and love that Audrey received during her stay there. A Memorial service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, June 1st at Twin Lakes of Montgomery Chapel.
