Austin Jenkins Simandl

It is with great sadness we share that sweet, lovable, Austin Simandl, age 32, passed away on October 5, 2022. As many of you know, he suffered from addiction and sadly he lost the battle. He was a bright spirit who made all feel welcome, an exceptionally talented salesperson, the Green Bay Packers biggest fan, a star athlete and golf enthusiast, and a fearless and resourceful wilderness man. He was passionate and bold and full of love.

He was the beloved son of Richelle Simandl and Albert Simandl, loving brother of Jenna Simandl Boyd and Mary Simandl, brother-in-law to Mark Boyd and Diana Tamborski, fun uncle to Calvin Albert Boyd, and will also be missed by grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his loving father Albert Simandl.

There will be a gathering at his home on Sunday, October 9, 2022, between the hours of 2 PM and 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Camping & Education Foundation - 3515 Michigan Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45208.
