Barbara Lowe

Lowe, Barbara Ann (nee Donaldson), age 74, passed away on July 26, 2012, She was the beloved daughter of Wilford and the late Clarine Miller, devoted wife of the late Thomas Lowe, cherished mother of Tim (Judy) Lowe, Debbie (Bob) Winkelman, and the late Jimmy Cochran, proud grandmother of Nicole and Tommy Lowe, Erica (Rick) Minerd, Brooke Winkelman and Lindsey Pfau, loving great grandmother of Jaxon, Colten, Caleigh, Kelsi, Kylie, Lilli, and Colin, sister of Darlene Hazenfield and Melinda Shearer and will be deeply missed by numerous other family and a host of friends. Visitation will be Monday, 10 am until time of funeral service, 12 noon, at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, Milford.
