Barbara J. “Barb” Patridge of Georgetown, Ohio, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the age of 69. She was born on June 2, 1955, to the late Glenn and Dorothy (née Matt) Patridge in Milbank, South Dakota.
In addition to her parents, Barb was preceded in death by her sister, Pamela Storm Patridge.
She is survived by her brothers: Thomas (Dalinda) Patridge of S. Minneapolis, Minnesota and Daniel (Tamara) Patridge of San Jacinto, California; her brother-in-law: Richard Storm of San Antonio, Texas; her nieces: Sarah (Brandon) VanVleet of Blaine, Minnesota, Jennifer Storm of San Antonio, Texas, and Kimberly (Marshall) Nichols of Ivydale, West Virginia; her nephews: Robert (Stephanie) Patridge of Burnsville, Minnesota and Raymond (Devon) Patridge of Murrieta, California; and 13 grandnieces & grandnephews. Barb also leaves behind her treasured companion kitties: Janet, Josie, Julie and Jackie.
Barb was a graduate from high school in Milbank, South Dakota. She attended University of South Dakota as an undergraduate and for medical school. Her OB/GYN residency was completed in St. Paul, Minnesota. Barb started her Georgetown, Ohio practice in 1985 where she became an OB/GYN Extraordinaire.
She was a member of Georgetown Church of Christ. Barb loved her work, her service and the families she served. Along with Georgetown, her heart’s service extended to Brazil serving countless families and children that quickly became long term friends through CBM while serving her mission through the love of Jesus Christ.
Celebration of Life 6 PM Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Georgetown Church of Christ, 149 Hamer Road, Georgetown, Ohio 45121, where family and friends received from 5:30 PM until the time of service.
