Barbara Joan Wilson, who expressed that philosophy in deed and thought, died at her home Friday, March 26, 2010. She was 71. Beloved mother of Michael (Minnette) Beeson of Akron, OH, Dana (Charles) Kampschmidt of Mason, OH, Lyn (Mike) Austin of Maineville, OH, Deborah Ann (Michael) Peppas of Waynesville, OH, Scott (Dana) Beeson of Middletown, OH and Richard Paul Wilson of Morrow, OH, loving grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, dear sister of Jeanne Nealy of Overland Park, KS and the late John Gill. Preceded in death by her parents, John and Anita Gill. Joan often fondly reflected on the times she spent providing spiritual guidance to others and teaching Sunday School at St. Patrick in Lebanon. She was known for having joy in her heart and built a life based on love of family, love for the Lord Jesus Christ and compassion for others. Memorial services will be held at 1 PM Sunday, April 4, 2010 at the home of the Kampschmidts. Megie Funeral Home caring for the family.
