Bonnie Williams

Bonnie K. Williams, age 78, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Bethesda North Hospital. Bonnie was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Kenneth and Marian Loeffler. Bonnie graduated from Mt. Healthy High School in 1963. Bonnie married the love of her life, Bill Williams on August 28, 1976. Together they had a daughter Beth Anne.

As a young woman Bonnie joined the Sisters of Charity to become a teacher. She eventually left the order and began a 40-year teaching career in elementary education. Most of those years were spent teaching in the Milford School District.

Bonnie was an avid sports fan particularly college basketball and Cincinnati Reds.

Bonnie was a devoted wife, mother, sister, friend, teacher, and Nan. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bill, daughter Beth, brother Mike, brothers-in-law Gary Britz and Bob Greene, best friend Roseanne Zigler, and sister-in-law Judy Williams.

Bonnie is survived by her loving family Gayle Britz, Kathy Durrough (Tom), Jean Shumate (Joe), Nancy Weil (Bill), Eric Loeffler (Mary), Lois Taylor (Randy), Mary Greene, Sister-in-law Bonnie J. Williams and one and only granddaughter Kennedy Carter.

Everyone who met Bonnie loved her. She made many new friends at Harrison Trails and Northgate Park. She will be greatly missed by all.
