Brent Boys

Brent Boys, born on April 7, 1960, in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his residence on November 14, 2025. He leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Brent dedicated 43 years of his life to Metcut Research, where his work ethic and commitment were respected and admired by his peers. Beyond his career, Brent was a man of many passions. He had a deep love for baseball, excitingly following teams and plays alike. He was also an avid history buff, always eager to learn and share fascinating stories from the past. His passion for aviation was another defining aspect of his life, which allowed him to explore the skies through knowledge and appreciation of flight.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Lori (née Fordyce) Boys, who stood by his side through all of life's adventures. Together they raised two wonderful children, Kyle (Katlyn) Boys of Batavia, Ohio, and Wade Boys of Milford, Ohio. Brent's cherished furry companion, Finn, brought joy and comfort every day.

Brent's love extended to his siblings, Michael (Betty) Boys of Loveland, Ohio, Gary (Cheryl) Boys of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Steve Boys of Maineville, Ohio, and Kevin (Diane) Boys of Covington, Kentucky. He also leaves behind a loving mother-in-law, Edna Fordyce of Milford, Ohio, along with numerous nieces and nephews who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Brent is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Ruth Boys, who undoubtedly instilled in him the values of kindness and generosity that he carried throughout his life.

A visitation in memory of Brent will take place on November 21, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Megie Funeral Home & Crematory - Craver Chapel, located at 529 Main Street, Milford, Ohio. This will be followed by a memorial service at the same location, beginning at 8:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to come together to celebrate Brent's life, share stories, and honor a truly remarkable man whose spirit will live on in all of us.
