Catherine E. 'Cookie' Johnson

Catherine E. "Cookie" (née Krebs) Johnson of Loveland, OH passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 at the age of 78.  She was born to the late Robert and Florence Krebs on January 18, 1942.

Cookie is survived by her loving children: Robert (Stacey) Johnson of Loveland, OH, and Donna McDaniel of Amelia, OH; her adoring grandchildren: Amanda Hobing of Loveland, OH, Jeremy Johnson of Loveland, OH, Jenny McKay of Loveland, OH, Jessica Mueller of West Chester, OH, James Davidson of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Kevin Davidson of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Chris Davidson of Lebanon, OH, and Scott Weber of Loveland, OH; her cherished great-grandchildren: Christina Hobing of Cincinnati, OH, Jimmy Massy of Cleves, OH, Taylor Cooper of Loveland, OH, Elizabeth Hobing of Cincinnati, OH, Kaitlyn Hobing of Cincinnati, OH, Mackenzie Manley of Loveland, OH, Reed McKay of Loveland, OH, Adelaide Johnson of Landen, OH, Ezira "Blake" Johnson of Landen, OH, and Austin Mullins of Norwood, OH; her dear brothers and sisters: Frances Libecap of Kenwood, OH, Jean Fisher of Franklin, OH, Dorothy Sheffield of Goshen, OH, Robert "Junior" Krebs of Goshen, OH, and Jerry Krebs of Goshen, OH; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Cookie was preceded in death by her husband, James D. "J.D." Johnson; her daughter, Kitty Weber; great-grandchildren Hayden Johnson, and Robert Manley Jr.; two brothers, George "Chuck" Krebs and Bill Krebs; and four sisters, Ada Langford, Helen Martin, Marlene Heimbold and Roberta "Bobbie" Rooks.

Cookie retired from Kenner Toys. She was a member of F.O.E. Aerie 3006 and the Miamiville Fire & EMS Ladies Auxiliary.

Funeral service will be held 12:00 pm, Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Craver Riggs Funeral Home located at 529 Main St, Milford, OH 45150.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the time of service. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Miamiville, OH.
