Cecil Ned Draper. Husband of Fostine (nee Childers) Draper, father of Ted Draper, Terry Brewster, Cindy Bonham and Tracy Staley, and the late Timothy and Erick Draper, step father of Tim and Tammy Gastineau, grandfather of eleven, great grandfather of six and also survived by six half brothers and sisters. Visitation will be Monday, 6-8 PM, at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home, Milford with funeral service Tuesday, 11:00 AM, also at the funeral home.
