Charles Edward 'Eddie' Tucker

U.S. Veteran Charles Edward "Eddie" Tucker was born on September 20, 1947 in Georgetown, Ohio.

Eddie graduated from Georgetown High School in 1965. In 1966, he was called upon to serve the United States Army where he spent his term in Vietnam in the Military Police. He returned to the U.S. in 1968. Upon his return, he began working at Kibler's Lumber in Mt. Orab, Ohio and after 22 years, he opted to pursue a career in cosmetology. He also worked as a carpenter, at Trinity Industries and spent his recent years at Hawkline in Mt. Orab. Eddie was looking forward to retirement and spending his time fishing.

Eddie was called home to God on July 20, 2009. He is preceded by his mother, Nellie Sellers and his brother, Donald Tucker.

He will be greatly missed by his family. He is survived by his two daughters, Aimee (Scott) Liming of Sardinia and Carrie Tucker (Mark Atkins) of Georgetown, his life partner, Toni Mudd of Felicity, her daughters, Kathy Mays (Tim Mitchell) and Kristy Mudd (Timmy Mitchell), four grandchildren, London Shauck, Matthew Mays, Shelby Liming and Dylan Edward Mays, his two sisters, Diane (Mike) Clements and Elaine (Harvey) Lindsey, his brother, Clyde Sellers, Jr. and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Friends will be received 6-8 PM Friday, July 24, 2009 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154 with Military Honors at 8 PM.

Memorial service will be held 10 AM Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Felicity Church of the Nazarene, 305 Light Street, Felicity, OH 45120.
