Christa 'Oma' Wedekind

Christa "Oma" Wedekind of Milford, OH, formerly of Delhi, OH, passed away Monday, May 3, 2021. She was 77 years old. She was born June 17, 1943 in Frankfurt AM Main, Germany, to the late Karl and Anna Brauch.

Christa is survived by her loving children: Keven (Wanda) Wedekind of Knoxville, TN and Cynthia (Clay) Barclay of Milford, OH; her adored grandchildren: Zachary Wedekind of Knoxville, TN, Carson Barclay of Milford, OH, Cameron Barclay of Milford, OH, Katherine Barclay of Milford, OH and Kolbie Barclay of Milford, OH; and her siblings: Karlheinz (Bonnie) Brauch of Frankfurt, Germany and Elfriede (Uwe) Brauch-Schmidt of Frankfurt, Germany.

In addition to her parents, Christa was preceded in death by Alois Wedekind.

Christa was a member of Old St. Mary's Church of Cincinnati and the Kolping Society. She retired from Fifth Third Bank.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Friday, May 7, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 5900 Buckwheat Road, Milford, OH 45150 where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service.
