Chuck Kanzlemar

Charles “Chuck” Kanzlemar passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, just a few days shy of 87 years old. He was born in Ford City, PA to the late John and Mary Kanzlemar in 1937.

Chuck was the beloved husband of 46 years to Penny L. (neé Barrett) Kanzlemar; cherished father of Brenda and Mike Dupra, Michael and Kim Kanzlemar, John and Michele Kanzlemar, and Carrie and Rob Hatfield; proud Papaw of Jason, Jessica, Stephen, Sean, John Allen, Sarah, Nick, Noah, Isaac, & 9 great-grandchildren, and dear brother of Mary Lanham.

Chuck was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and planting trees. He was a big jokester. He, along with his brothers sang and played their instruments on a Pittsburgh radio show. Most of all, Chuck was a super devoted and loving man.

In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his 3 brothers, John, Edward, and Joseph Kanzlemar.

Funeral Services will be on Friday, July 26, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Megie Funeral Home and Crematory, 529 Main St., Milford, OH 45150, where family and friends will be received from 1:00 PM until the hour of service.

Pastor Steve Krebsfanger will be officiating.
