Nelson, Clarence F. of Mt. Orab, OH formerly of California, KY. Beloved husband of Doris Y. Nelson, loving father of Rodney (Shelly) Nelson of California, KY, Toni (John) Teague of Williamsburg, OH, Shandra McCautey of Georgetown, KY and LeeAnn (John) Eten of Alexandria, KY, affectionate grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson, dear brother of Harold Nelson of Flagg Springs, KY, Lynn Nelson of California, KY, Donna Mae Carson of Mt. Orab, OH, Buddy Nelson of Foster, KY and Janet Waliczek of Cold Spring, KY, also survived by numerous nieces nephews cousins family and friends. Passed away May 14, 2014 at the age of 86. He was preceded in death by his parents John H. and Lillian D. Nelson, a brother Carroll Nelson and a grandson Sr. Master Sgt. Jeremy Nelson. He served in the US Navy during WWII and in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and retired from GM Fisher Body Plant. Funeral Services will be held 12 Noon Monday May 19, 2014 at the Megie Funeral Home 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH where friends will be received from 10AM until the time of services. Interment at Greenbush Cemetery, Green Twp. Memorial donations may be directed to Center for American Homeless Veterans 210 East Broad Street Suite 202 Falls Church VA 22046.
