Claude 'Junior' L. Cox

Claude "Junior" L. Cox Jr., age 87, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. He was the beloved husband of the late Mildred G. (nee Rust) Cox, loving companion of Sally Stivender, trustworthy, always giving, always loving, influential father of Dan (Eileen) Cox, Bruce Cox, Rob (Sharon) Cox, Brian (Carolyn) Cox, and Randy (Kim) Cox, proud Grandpa and PaPa of Jason (Cammy) Cox, Lauren (Christian) Klim, Jim Lockwood, Bruce Cox Jr., Amanda Cox, Sebastian Cox, Constance Cox, Eli Cox, Rachael (Matt) Sharp, Logan Cox, McKinzi Cox, Madisun Cox, Jackie (Billy) Whalen, James (Amy) Hensley, Jordan Hensley, Shelby (Shane) Hensley, Dalton (Jensen) Hensley, Casey Cox, Amber Cox, and his great grandchildren, Avery, Gracie, Grace, Emily, Ben, Brianna, Austin, Brady, Kiersten, Kylie, Grant, Natalie, Bentley, Levi, Charlie, Elvis, Xander, Payton, Brooklynn, Carmyn, Quynn, Brodyn, Sawyer, Scarlette, Kimberly, CJ, and Sophia, dear brother of Sylvia (Earl) Lyons, and brother-in-law of Kathy (Al) Jackson, and will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends. Junior was preceded in death by his parents, Claude L. and Lucy E. Cox, five siblings, Thelma M. Howard, Faye Hicks, Joe David Cox, Dale Cox, and Carolyn Campbell, and his twin grandsons, Matthew and Ryan Cox. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 12 NOON at the Eastgate Community Church, 3235 Omni Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45245, where family and friends will be received from 11:00 AM until the hour of service. There will be a reception immediately following the service.
