Clendon 'Jr.' Delay Neal Iii

Clendon "Jr" Delay Neal III, age 25, passed away on October 18, 2021, just two weeks after his dad. He was the cherished son of the late Clendon "Pete" and LaShandra Neal, loving soulmate of Desiree Bullock, proud father of Chelsea Bullock, Nevaeh Bullock, Jasmine, Hailey, Ashlynn and Charles Clendon De;ay Neal, dear brother of Jimmy Neal, Jason Thomas, Amber Neal, Dwayne Neal, Lexi Neal, and Willie Walls, dear grandson of Kathleen Walls and Mary Neal, and precious nephew of Katherine Gentry, Tina Neal, Melinda Neal, Glen Neal, the late Rolena Neal, Michelle Walls, and Bobby Walls. A Celebration of Life service for Jr. and his dad Pete will take place on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at 3:00 PM at The Community Building, 2003 Main St., Felicity, OH 45120.
