Clendon 'Pete' Delay Neal Jr.

Clendon "Pete" Delay Neal, Jr., passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at the age of 58. He was the treasured son of Mary (nee' Sparks) and the late Clendon D. Neal, beloved husband of the late Sandra Neal, loving dad of Jimmy Neal, Jason Thomas, Amber Neal, Jr. Neal, Dwayne Neal, Lexi Neal, and Willie Walls, awesome, cherished brother and best friend of Katherine Gentry, Tina Neal, Melinda Neal, the late Rolena Neal, and Glen Neal. Pete will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends. A Celebration of Life service for Pete will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at 3:00 PM at The Community Building, 2003 main St., Felicity, OH 45120.
