Beloved father of Christy (Jerry) Krebs of Goshen, OH; loving grandfather of Bethany Krebs and Emma Krebs; caring brother of Gary Waters of Loveland, OH. Mr. Waters passed away Friday, August 15, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Clay and Sally Francis Waters; a brother, Timothy Waters; and a sister, Nadine Sharp.
