Daniel M. Peterson

Daniel Martin Peterson October 10,1951 - January 10, 2010 Daniel Martin Peterson, 58, of Cincinnati, passed away peacefully at Hospice of Cincinnati in Blue Ash with his family at his side. Born in Cincinnati, he was the son of Martin and Greta (Karlsson) Peterson. He was a graduate of Madeira High School. He graduated in Physics from Xavier University. Dan started Digital Design in 1975, the first computer store in Cincinnati. He was the director of IT for LaRosa's before moving to New Jersey to work on Wall Street as an IT consultant. He enjoyed traveling, was an avid photographer and loved films, which led him to serve as president of the Cincinnati Film Society. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sister, Greta (Carlos) Martinez, brother, Staffan (Bonnie) Peterson, and sister, Karin (David) St. John, as well as several nieces and a nephew, cousins, and an aunt and uncle in Sweden. A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, January 23, 2010, at the Calvary Episcopal Church, 3766 Clifton Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
