Preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Ruth Phillips. Died Monday, July 8, 2013 at age 57. Mr. Phillips was the owner of D.P. Imports in Mariemont, OH. Memorial service to be held 7 PM Friday, July 12, 2013 at Living Church of Five Mile, 16908 US Hwy 68, Mt. Orab, OH, where friends will be received from 6 PM until the time of service.
