David W. Dornsife

David Wayne Dornsife, 45, passed away October 1, 2008. David was the eldest son of Raymond E. (Peggy) Dornsife, of Sarasota, FL and Evelyn C. Dornsife, of Cincinnati. Surviving David are his loving parents, brothers Jeffrey (Laura), of New Albany, OH and Stephen (Rebecca), of Wilmington, DE; nieces Emily and Alexa, and nephew Jacob.
