David W. Dornsife
David Wayne Dornsife, 45, passed away October 1, 2008. David was the eldest son of Raymond E. (Peggy) Dornsife, of Sarasota, FL and Evelyn C. Dornsife, of Cincinnati. Surviving David are his loving parents, brothers Jeffrey (Laura), of New Albany, OH and Stephen (Rebecca), of Wilmington, DE; nieces Emily and Alexa, and nephew Jacob. Services are planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's memory to Hospice of Cincinnati P.O. Box 633597 Cincinnati, OH. 45263.
