David Franklin Hibbard

David Franklin Hibbard of Milford, Ohio passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at the age of 70. David was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Earl and Dorothy Mae Hibbard in 1953.

David was the beloved brother of Donnie (Pam Kitts) Hibbard, Linda (David) Hammond, and Randy (Monica Stout) Hibbard, adored nephew of Bonnie Hibbard, loving friend of Mollie, and his fur baby, Zoey. David will also be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by four siblings, Juanita (Kenneth) Brown, Shirley LeFara, Earl (Becky) Hibbard, Jr., and Ricky Hibbard, and his uncle, Kenneth Hibbard.

David was a longtime employee for 24 years of Clermont County Board of DD. He loved Christmas and his birthday. He also loved working, gospel music, preaching, church, western movies, really enjoyed going to Cottage Park for camp in the summer, and loved talking to people. David never met a stranger! He absolutely loved Jesus and talking to him a lot through prayer. He had a big, beautiful smile.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at the Megie Funeral Home and Crematory, 529 Main St., Milford, OH 45150, where family and friends will be received from 2 PM until the hour of service.
