David Rumsey

David Rumsey of Williamsburg, Ohio passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at home surrounded by family, he was 70 years old.  David was born on May 18, 1952 to the late Lawrence and Florentine Rumsey in Milford, Ohio.

David is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years Patricia (Nee Dodson) Rumsey; his loving children Alicia (Greg) Rumsey-Manson of Mason, Ohio, Rebecca Rumsey of Batavia, Ohio, Jesse Rumsey of Williamsburg, Ohio, Michael Rumsey of Williamsburg, Ohio, Amy (Connor) Rumsey-Riedel of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Caleb (Samantha Rumsey of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and Jared (Rachel) Rumsey of Omaha, Nebraska.  He also leaves behind his grandchildren Stevie, Bella, Sierra, Quinn, Hallie, Sadie, Theo, and Elowen; his caring siblings Diane (Rob) Feagans of Milford, Ohio, and Phil (Jackie) Rumsey of Maineville, Ohio; along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.

David had a life long love of music, his heart was filled with Jesus, and he led worship teams for several area churches.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 2:00 pm at River Hills Church located at 3068 US Rt 50, Fayetteville, Ohio 45118.
