Beloved husband of the late Patsy (née Emerson) Nichols; loving father of Danny (Evelyn) Nichols of Williamsburg, Ohio and the late David Nichols; affectionate grandfather of Danny (Monet) Nichols Jr. of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Amy (Timothy) Valenti of Goshen, Ohio, Timothy (Angel) Nichols of Williamsburg, Ohio, David (Brittney) Nichols Jr. of Goshen, Ohio and Trisha (Mike) Attinger of Fayetteville, Ohio; cherished great-grandfather of 14 great-granddaughters and 3 great-grandsons; caring brother of Marie Leanord of Sheboygan, Wisconsin; dear brother-in-law of Edgar Emerson of Cincinnati, Ohio, Eugene Emerson of Cincinnati, Ohio and Timothy Emerson of Chicago, Illinois; also survived by a host of additional family and friends. Also preceded in death by his parents, Albert Freeman and Cora (née Richie) Nichols. Died Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the age of 74. Mr. Nichols was a
resident of Fayetteville for 55 years and retired from the Village of Fayetteville. Funeral service 11 AM Saturday, January 29, 2011 at Megie Funeral Home,104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154 where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service. Interment St. Patrick Cemetery, Fayetteville, Ohio.
