NEWTON, Dennie O. of Mt. Orab, OH. Beloved sister of Marjorie Hake of Ft. Thomas, KY and Marian Hale of Conroe, TX; loving grandmother of Chris Holland of Bethel, OH, Jeffrey Holland of Bethel, OH, Deborah Ingram of Newport, KY, Pamela Robinson of Southgate, KY and seven great-grandchildren; caring aunt of Donna Boler of Mt. Orab, OH; also survived by numerous additional nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by three husbands, Cleatus L. Holland, George W. Bowling and Charles M. Newton; her parents, Lewis C. and Queen Victoria Blevins; a son, Dennis R. Holland; and ten brothers and sisters, Oliver Blevins, Hayden Blevins, Clayton Blevins, Ethel Newton, Stella Bolling, Minnie Shumaker, Bethel Tabor, Edith Arnsparger, Carl Blevins and Myrtle Bates. Entered into rest Sunday, January 27, 2013 at the age of 97. Mrs. Newton was the owner & operator of Tastee Freeze in Mt. Orab, Bowlings Drive-in and was a member of Mt. Orab Church of Christ. Funeral service to be held 12 Noon Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH 45154, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service. Joe Strunk officiating. Burial Mt. Orab Cemetery, Green Township, OH. Memorial donations may be directed to the American Heart Association.
