Orab, OH; caring brother of Randy Cook, Sardinia, OH, Steven Cook of Georgetown, OH, Kathy Schneider of Mt. Orab, OH, Connie Darling of Mt. Orab, OH, Carolyn Wallace of Mt. Orab, OH and Rena Wallace of Bethel, OH; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Cook passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at the age of 54. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Betty Jo Cook; two brothers, Gary Cook and Jeffrey Cook; and a sister, Beckey Neal.

Funeral service 1 PM Friday, May 29, 2015 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH, where friends will be received from 11 AM until the time of service. Burial Mt. Orab Cemetery, Green Township, OH.
