Oakley Martin of Cold Spring, Kentucky; affectionate great-grandmother of Abigail Grace Martin, William P. Martin III, Dominic Edward Martin, Jonah Alexander Martin, Timothy Andrew Martin, Cameron Montgomery Martin, Annamae Rose Martin and Emmalyn Noell Martin; dear sister of Brooks Rigdon of Mt. Orab, Ohio. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard Montgomery; parents, Ephram Everett and Myrtle Olive (nee Bloomfield) Rigdon; great-granddaughter, Victoria Marie Martin; and two brothers, Everett Rigdon and Wilson Rigdon. Saturday, November 10, 2007 at the age of 95. Funeral service will be held at 3 PM Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at Megie Funeral Home where friends will be received from 2-3 PM. Interment Mt.
