Doris H. Johnson

Doris H. Johnson, age 91, a long time resident of Madeira, died peacefully at her residence on Thursday, November 21, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Wheelersburg, OH, Doris attended both Ohio University and the University of Colorado, where she met Bob Johnson, her loving husband of 65 years. Doris served her country during World War II as a member of the Navy �WAVES�, reporting for duty on �D-Day�, 1944. Survivors include her husband Bob, sons Steve and Scott (Candi), sisters; Beverly Smith and Beatrice Deloye and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, December 13th at St. Paul Community United Methodist Church, 8221 Miami Ave, Madeira, OH 45243. Memorial contributions are welcome and should be mailed to the Alzheimer�s Association, 644 Linn St., Cincinnati, OH 45203 or to the St. Paul Community United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
