Douglas "Eddie" Carter

Douglas “Eddie” Carter of Ripley, Ohio passed away at home on September 19, 2023, he was 60 years old. He was born to the late Douglas and Reta Carter in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He is survived by his four siblings Wanda (John) Price of Snellville, Georgia, Pam (Tate) Strunks of Decatur, Ohio, Brian (Debbie) Carter of Mt. Orab, Ohio, David (Gayle) Carter of Ripley, Ohio and four nieces and three nephews.

Douglas was preceded in death by his late wife, Kathy Carter and his Special Companion, Mary Myers.

Douglas had a big heart and loved all animals. He leaves behind his two special feline friends, Cali, and Star, who meant the world to him.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
