Douglas John Mcdonald

Douglas J. McDonald, passed away suddenly on March 8, 2012 at the age of 53. He was the devoted husband of Cathy (nee Decker) McDonald, proud and loving father of William J. McDonald, dear brother of William (Deborah) and Timothy (Audrey) McDonald and Maureen Lange, uncle to Molly, Patrick and Andrew McDonald, Ian (Laura) and Tim (Katie) Lang, Frank (Mari) Tonoli, Sherry Olsen and the late Matthew McDonald, great uncle to Connor and Evan Lang and son-in-law of Patsy and the late Joseph Decker. He will also be deeply missed by a multitude of friends. Douglas was a devoted family man, and enjoyed playing trumpet. Friends and family are welcome Sunday, March 11, 2012, 1 pm until time of service, 3 pm, at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, Milford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in his memory are directed to Misericordia Home, 6300 N. Ridge, Chicago, IL 60606.
