Eddie Henderson

Eddie Henderson went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 8, 2019 at the age of 77, he went peacefully surrounded by family.  He was born to the late Otis and Florence Henderson on October 10, 1941.

Eddie is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Esther (nee Adkins) Henderson of Mt. Orab, OH; his caring children Eugenia (Mike) Browne of Mt. Orab, OH, and Erin (Steve) Leonard of Sardinia, OH; his adored grandchildren Darren Henderson, Reagan Leonard, and Rylee Leonard; and his siblings Dorothy Henson of Mt. Orab, OH, and Lawrence Henderson of Bethel, OH.

In addition to his parents Eddie was preceded in death by his siblings Floyd Henderson, Billy Henderson, Dan Henderson, and Linda White.

Eddie was a musician by heart who loved to sing and play the guitar, he loved woodworking and building things for his family.  Eddie was a very active man who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.  Eddie and Esther attended the Crossing Church in Batavia.

Eddie absolutely adored his children and his grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Megie Funeral Home located at 104 Spice St., Mt. Orab, OH 45154.  Funeral Service will be on Thursday, February 14 at 11:00 am at the Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Tate Township Cemetery in Bethel Ohio.
