Eleanor Hubbard

Eleanor Hubbard of Williamsburg, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Clermont Mercy Hospital surrounded family at the age of 87. She was born to the late John N. and Anna T. (nee Pottier) Barker in Springfield, Illinois on September 20, 1934. Eleanor is survived by her loving children Phillip W. Hubbard of Bethel, Ohio and Chestina "Tina" (Jon L.) Yarger of Mt. Orab, Ohio; her adored grandchildren Jason, Adam, Aaron, Christopher, Mitchell, Eleana, and Chris; her many great grandchildren; and her caring siblings Edith Phillip of Dayton, Ohio, Forest Barker of Phoenix, Arizona, Anna Woolls of Columbus, Indiana, and Juanita Barker of Knoxville, Tennessee; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. In addition to her parents Eleanor was preceded in death by 2 brothers, and 2 sisters. Eleanor was retired from Kroger Production Plant, she was a member of Taylors Chapel Church, and she ran the Kroger Soup Kitchen for 20+ years. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Megie Funeral Home located at 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154. Visitation will be held beginning at 11:00 and run until the time of service. Burial will follow at New Harmony Cemetery. Don Mundy officiating.
