Liz Kellum

Elizabeth Ann “Liz” Kellum, born on June 17, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her hometown on August 14, 2026, at the age of 69. Her warmth, creativity, and devotion to loved ones left an indelible impression on all who knew her.

Liz is survived by her husband of 38 years, Gene Kellum, who stood by her side throughout their life together. She was the proud mother of Matthew Jame Kellum, whose presence was a continual source of joy and pride. Liz’s unwavering support and camaraderie were cherished by her sisters, Lucy Sanders and Tammy Jones, whose memories with her will be treasured always.

She is preceded in death by her father, Bill Hall, her mother, Vivian Hall, and her dearly missed sister, Mildred Pandora Hall.

Liz Kellum relished spending time with both family and close friends, often making every gathering an occasion to remember. Her passion for gardening was evident in the vibrant flower beds that reflected her nurturing spirit and keen attention to detail. Creative and resourceful, Liz found fulfillment in crafting, always eager to share her creations with those around her. Her love for music and joy was seen as she danced to the oldies, bringing animation and laughter to special occasions and daily life alike.

Liz’s life was a testament to the values of connection, dedication, and simple pleasures. She celebrated the bonds she nurtured, exemplifying loyalty and kindness as a wife, mother, sister, and friend. Her brilliant smile and generous heart touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Megie Funeral Home & Crematory - Craver Chapel, located at 529 Main Street, Milford, OH 45150. A Memorial Service will follow immediately at the same location from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Liz’s legacy endures through her family and the many lives she brightened with her warmth and caring presence. She will be remembered with profound respect and enduring affection.
