Elmer Bitzer Jr.

Elmer Bitzer Jr., age 61, passed away surrounded by his family on September 29, 2017. He was the beloved husband of 35 years to Debbie Bitzer, cherished brother of Linda Rolph, Ronald Bitzer, Donald (Elizabeth) Bitzer, dear brother-in-law of Lee (Georgeann) Ottaway, dear nephew of Rosella Dean, proud uncle of Steven Ashley, Shawn Ashley, Scott (Carrie) Ashley, Chad (Stacy) Rolph, Brian Bitzer, Nolan Miller, caring cousin of Olivia (Steve) Harmon, Douglas (Beth) Miller, Rhonda (Ken) Damhorst, and Russell (Diane) Dean. Elmer will also be missed by many other cousins, family, friends, and co-workers at Ernst Concrete Company. He worked for Ernst Concrete Co. for 37 years. Mr. Bitzer was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Charlotte Bitzer, his sister and her husband, Pamela (Steve) Ashley, and a brother-in-law, Rick Rolph. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, October 5, 2017 from 5-8 PM at Craver Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, 529 Main St., Milford, Ohio, where funeral services will take place at 10:00 AM on Friday.
