Eugene Aaron Puterbaugh

Eugene Aaron Puterbaugh peacefully passed away on Feb. 23, 2017 at Hospice of Cincinnati surrounded by loved ones. Age 87, born May 8, 1929 in Eaton, Ohio. He was the devoted and loving husband of the late Deloris Snider-Wolffram Putterbaugh, treasured son of Cecil (nee Beane) and Aaron Alonzo Putterbaugh, brother of Maxine McNich of Dayton OH, father of Linda of Dayton, OH, and Patti Witte of Georgetown, TX. Also survived by numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Eugene will be affectionately remembered by brother in law, Kenneth L. (Barbara) Snider, stepchildren, many friends at Lake Padgett Mobile Home Village, Land O'Lakes, FL. and Eastgate Village Assisted Living, Eastgate, OH. He served in the US Army 1950-1952, he loved reminiscing the days of his employment with Rike's Dept. Store, Dayton, OH. He was an active bowler, enjoyed playing euchre, watching TV and candy. Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 27, 2017, 10:00 am until time of funeral service, 12 pm, all at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, Milford. Interment will take place at Holp Cemetery, S. Clayton St., New Lebanon, OH, Montgomery County, at a later date of Eugene's wishes.
