Preceded in death by her husband, Oscar McIntosh, Jr.; her parents, Lemuel R. and Hettie (née Back) Hale; three sisters, Georgia Debblin, Lora Riddle, Gladys Myers and three brothers, Clyde Hale, Howard Hale, Ray Hale. Died Sat., Jan. 18, 2020 at age 94. Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Thurs., Jan. 23, 2020 at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home, Milford, OH. Graveside service will be held 11 AM Fri., Jan. 24, 2020 at Graceland Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be directed to Welcome Baptist Church, 2026 Irwin Cemetery Lane, Goshen, OH 45122.
