Evelyn (Nee Prine) Stein

Evelyn (nee Prine) Stein of Williamsburg, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023, at home surrounded by her loved ones, she was 88 years old. Evelyn was born to the late Walter and Ada Prine on March 4, 1935, in Brown County, Ohio.

Evelyn is survived by her loving daughter Karen (David McKinney) Stein of Nashville, Ohio; and her caring brother Lowell Prine of Pike Township, Ohio; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Stein, her son Eric Stein, and her brother Archie Prine.

Evelyn was a member and a Sunday School teacher at the New Harmony United Methodist Church she was also a graduate from Hamersville High School in the class of 1953.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 12:00 pm at the New Harmony United Methodist Church located at 1445 New Harmony Shiloh Road, Williamsburg, Ohio 45176. Burial will follow at the New Harmony Cemetery, Williamsburg, Ohio. Pastor Tracy Taylor officiating.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be directed to the New Harmony United Methodist Church.
