Mattox, Faye of Mt. Orab, OH Beloved sister of Randy Patrick of Goshen and the late Kelly Mattox. She leaves behind extended family and residents of PCS. Died April 28, 2016 at the age of 76. She attended Cross Roads Church. Memorial services will be held 11AM Thursday May 5, 2016 at the Megie Funeral Home 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH with friends received from 10am until the time of service.
