Flora Evelyn Hand

Flora Evelyn Hand (nee Sanders) made her transition to Heaven July 8, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank C. Hand, dear sister of the late Ralph Rodgers, devoted and loving mother of Fran (Lorn) Cooper and Marsha (Lerman) Tucker, proud grandmother of Melissa �Bleu� Cooper, Mark Cooper, Tammi Waak, Rebecca Warner, William Molitor and great grandmother of seven. Flora was a devoted wife, loving mother, wonderful homemaker, caring aunt and cousin and a great friend to many. She resided in Okeana, OH for the last eighteen years. The family wishes to extend their appreciation to the staff of Shawnee Springs Care Center for their attention to her needs these last 2 _ years and also to Nurse Practitioner Katie Gilday and Dr. L. Rajasekhar. Thank you to all who visited her and brought sunshine into her life, especially Sugar Ritter, Doug Tallmadge, and Barbara & Gordon Rahschulte. A special thanks to Leila Howell for being a great friend and confidant. She will be greatly missed, but will always remain in our hearts. Services will be private per the family�s request.
