Frances "Fran" Ballard

Fran Ballard of Williamsburg, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, May 6, 2024, at the age of 82. Fran was born on July 14, 1941, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is survived by her son Shane (Billie Rae) Ballard of Mt. Orab, Ohio. Fran has four grandchildren, Cassidi Ballard of Batavia, Trevor Henry, Makayla Henry, and Kendall Henry, two great grandchildren, Arlo Augst, and Riley Miller, her siblings, Jim Dotson, Jay Dotson, Jeff Dotson, Donna (Tom) Helton, and Karen (Lisa) Dotson.

In addition to her parents, Jerry and Mary Dotson, Fran is preceded in death by Paul Ballard, Patsy Stelzer, Gerry Dotson, and Bob Dotson.

Services for Fran will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
