Frances L. Libecap

LIBECAP, Frances L. (née Krebs) of Blue Ash, OH, passed on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the age of 90. She was the beloved wife of the Late William W. Libecap; loving mother of William A. (Mary) Libecap, Herschel (Tami) Libecap and Robert "Bobby" Libecap; devoted grandmother of Kelly Jouette, Michael Libecap, Laura Lilly, Lyschel Burket, David Libecap, April Pittman, Austin Libecap and Trevor Libecap, 17 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Dorothy Sheffield, and brothers, Robert Krebs, Jr. and Jerry Krebs.

In addition to her husband, Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Florence (née Daugherty) Krebs and eight siblings.

Frances retired from Cincinnati Electronics after 27 years of service. She had fond memories of her years as a Youth Leader at the Winton Road First Church of God and most recently attended the Evendale First church of God. Frances and Bill enjoyed decades of fellowship with friends at Camp Lebanon. She also played many years for AVCO Women's Softball Team.

The family will receive friends from 5 PM on Thursday, May 20, 2021 until the funeral service at 7 PM at Goshen United Methodist Church, 6710 Goshen Road, Goshen, OH 45122. Burial in Rose Hill Burial Park, 2421 Princeton Road, Hamilton, OH 45011 on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 11 AM

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati in memory of Frances Libecap.
