Frances L. Osborne
OSBORNE, Frances L. 90, beloved wife of the late Judge M. Dale Osborne and loving mother of Myrna Gale Hixson of West Union, OH passed away Saturday December 9, 2006. Visitation 10AM Friday December 15th with funeral services beginning at 11AM, all at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home & Crematory in Milford. Burial immediately following funeral services at Edenton Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of memorial contributions to the Milford Historical Society.
