Garcia of FL; caring grandfather of Bria, Aidan, Elijah and Savannah; cherished son of Ginny (née Coombs) Billow of Hyde Park, OH; dear brother of Gail Brown of Blue Ash, OH. Passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at the age of 58. He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley L. Billow. Memorial service 7 PM Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH, where friends will be received from 6 PM until the time of service.
